Compassionate, Thoughtful Care

My Philosophy

Welcome! I'm an Orange County psychiatrist with a passion for working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. My practice is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and thoughtfulness. I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive psychotherapy, tailoring care to each individual’s strengths, challenges, and life story.

Creating a Safe Space

Whether I’m working with a child facing emotional or behavioral concerns, a teen navigating school and social stress, or a young adult exploring identity and life transitions, I aim to create a space that feels safe, nonjudgmental, and empowering.

I also work closely with motivated families, recognizing the essential role the family system plays in supporting a child or teen’s wellbeing.

Integrated Therapy & Medication Visits

As a physician with experience in both psychiatry and psychotherapy, I enjoy weaving therapeutic insights into our visits, drawing from supportive, behavioral, and psychodynamic therapies. My goal is not just symptom relief — it’s to support emotional resilience, connection, and self-understanding.
