Appointments & Services
My practice offers the services below and works with children (ages 6 to 12), teens (ages 13 to 17), and young adults (up to age 26).
Initial Assessment
(90 minutes)
A comprehensive first appointment where we'll explore your history and goals, and collaboratively develop a treatment plan.
Half Visit
(30 minutes)
Ideal for efficient follow-up, this appointment includes medication management, with brief, focused psychotherapy.
Full Visit
(60 minutes)
Designed for in-depth care, this visit can be used for family therapy, individual therapy, or a combination of therapy and medication management.
Payment Options
I believe that understanding your payment options should be simple and clear. To help you make the best choice, my practice offers the two pathways: using an in-network insurance plan or paying directly (private pay).

Please note that this list is subject to change. I recommend verifying my in-network status with your insurance plan directly.
Private Pay/Out-of-Network:
If your insurance is not listed above, you can work with me directly through my private pay option. To help you utilize any out-of-network benefits your plan may offer, I can provide a “superbill“ (a detailed medical receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
